Anti-Spam Policy

The Policy

LoopHOST is committed to maintaining the integrity of our hosting services and ensuring that our servers are not used to send spam or any form of unsolicited electronic communication. This anti-spam policy was developed to establish clear guidelines and ensure our customers strictly comply with anti-spam regulations.

Prohibition of Spam Activities

a) Spam Strictly Prohibited: Sending spam, whether by email, text messages, or any other means of electronic communication, is strictly prohibited on our hosting servers.
b) Definition of Spam: Spam is defined as any unsolicited electronic message sent in bulk to recipients who have not consented to receive it. This includes, but is not limited to, unsolicited commercial emails, mass messages on social media, and unsolicited SMS.


Customer Responsibility

a) Content and Contact Lists: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all content and contact lists used in their electronic communications comply with applicable anti-spam laws, including, but not limited to, the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD).
b) Consent and Unsubscribe: The customer must obtain express consent from all recipients before sending electronic messages. Furthermore, the customer must provide a clear and effective opt-out option in all messages sent.
c) Activity Monitoring: LoopHOST reserves the right to monitor its customers' activities and verify compliance with this policy. Immediate action will be taken in case of violations.


What We Consider SPAM

a) Sending more than 150 messages per hour from a domain on hosting and reseller hosting servers
b) Sending bulk emails from any other service, such as VPS servers and dedicated servers
c) Sending bulk emails from servers outside our infrastructure, but with links in the email pointing to any server or service hosted on our infrastructure
d) Sending emails to email lists purchased on the market, without the recipients' authorization


Mitigation Measures

a) Violations: Any customer who violates this anti-spam policy will be subject to the measures described herein, including, but not limited to, suspension or termination of their hosting account without prior notice.
b) Legal Liability: In addition to disciplinary action, customers who send spam may be subject to legal action as provided for in the anti-spam and privacy laws in force in Brazil.


Reporting


a) Spam Reporting: We encourage all recipients of spam originating from our hosting servers to report such incidents to our support team as soon as possible.


Review and Update

a) Periodic Review: This anti-spam policy will be reviewed periodically to ensure its effectiveness and compliance with constantly evolving regulations.

This anti-spam policy aims to preserve the quality of our hosting services and protect the reputation of our servers. By using our services, customers agree to strictly comply with the guidelines set forth in this policy. Failure to comply will result in disciplinary action and may have legal consequences.
